The beautiful room was spacious and beautifully decorated, showcasing true luxury. High-quality furnishings included a plush king bed with high-thread-count linens. The bathroom featured a rain shower, a deep soaking tub, double vanities, and premium toiletries. The attention to detail, from fluffy towels to thoughtful extras like a robe and slippers, stood out.
The air conditioning was not fully functional and affected sleep. Staff accessibility and attentiveness were below expectations, considering the hotel's pricing.

the air conditioning was not effective in my room. it struggled to cool the space. i also found that the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues. getting assistance required repeated calls. the room felt under serviced, as coffee capsules were not replenished.
