The cleaning service was thorough and meticulous! sumith from housekeeping was helpful and friendly. he always assisted with any requests. His positive attitude.

i booked and paid extra for a full canal view room! upon arrival, i was given a room with only a partial view. the definitions are misleading, the partial canal view faces a building.
